These ceramic support spindle bowls were handmade by a potter local to me in Central Oregon. She does amazing work and took my list of requirements for a good support spindle bowl and crafted these into being. These bowls have a Turquoise glaze, which is smooth and has a bit of color variegation to add interest. While not glassy in feel, it is very smooth and spindles spin nicely on the surface.
